POSITION:                   CyberSecurity User Support Technician; Full-time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:       B.Sc or College Diploma in CyberSecurity; 3 years related experience per Job Description

DUTIES:                         
  • Provide Customer technical and cyber support to external and internal clients; 
  • Detection, identification, and response for cyber security incidents; 
  • Troubleshoot network, replace/install hardware, design scripts, and resolve incidents; 
  • Escalate support issues to other support team members when necessary;
  • Attend internal/vendor training as necessary to keep up to date with the latest technology and internal system processes;
  • Monitor client network security, isolate potential security vulnerabilities, and remedy security issues that could compromise the network. This includes running diagnostics on networks to pinpoint problems and monitor overall network health. 
  • Deploy security controls like EDR, IPS and Firewalls 
  • Monitor audit logs for business systems.
  • Maintain a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner;
  • Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues and clients.

SALARY:                       $75,000 / yr; Competitive Benefit plan.
