Job Description
Renaissance Personnel, along with our client, Desjardins Agent in Chatham is seeking a qualified career-oriented professional to join their team for the role of Office Representative – Desjardins Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with agent and Office Manager to establish and meet marketing goals.
Qualifications
• Property & Casualty Licence (OTL required)
• Professionalism, integrity, and unwavering attention to detail
• Sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
• Proactive in problem solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to make presentations to customers
• Proficient in use of computers
Compensation - $40k plus commission
